Noel Poler is the founder and Director of successful companies such as Allogis and LATINLISTS. He has occupied high positions in management at regional levels in multinational companies such as DHL and the Intercontinental Hotels.
Noel is an architect from Pratt Institute in New York and has participated in several professional programs at IESA (Caracas), Cornel University and Harvard University.

Rosa has wide experience in the area of Real Estate Consulting. She has worked in the public as well as the private sector where she has been Projects Vice-president of Banco de Maracaibo and Planing Chief in FIDES.
Rosa has graduated as a Civil Engineer at Universidad Central de Venezuela and has a Master degree in Administration as IESA (Caracas)

Francisco, has a University degree in Information Technology and Administration at Escuela Politécnica del Ejército and at ITESM (Tecnológico de Monterrey).
He has worked as General Manager in several Latin-American countries and as Operations Manager in DHL International.
He is the founder and Director of several important companies in the Agro industrial sector, Hotels and Direct Marketing in Ecuador. -
Mauricio has mainly worked in Banking in Ecuador in the Commercial Areas of Credit Cards and Consumer Credit.
He has also been related to other areas in banking such as Credit and Collection, Products and Offices.
Mauricio graduated as a Financial Engineer at Universidad Internacional SEK in Ecuador, and has several Diplomas in the Commercial and Financial areas.

Jorge is a professional with vast experience in companies as Commercial and General Manager.
In his long career he has been Regional Director in several multinational companies such as Novartis, Allergan and Swissjust.
Jorge has a University degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Argentina and Master degrees from Wharton Business School-Penn University. -
Since the year 2000 Carla has actively collaborated with Foundations that assist frontier schools and the schools’ public health system, food supply and fundraising campaigns for their children.
Additionally, Carla is a National Physical Education School Teacher and has worked as such until she founded her own institute. -
Marcelo has occupied managerial positions in New Commercial Developments in Buenos Aires as well as in Mexico FD, in companies at international level including PRIMA- Internet City of Clarín Group, IMPSAT of Pescarmona Group and Edutech of INTEL Group in Buenos Aires Federal District.
He was founder of the Argentinean Chamber of Databases and Online Services CABASE, as well as of the Argentinean Chamber of Electronic Commerce CACE.
He has studied (5) five years of Electronic Engineering at UBA (Universidad de Buenos Aires)

Ricardo has been a Real Estate Project Developer (700 units) and Insurance Agent since 1990.
He was General Manager of Desarrollos R y R for more than 20 years besides being Board of Directors Controller of Banco Metropolitano.
Ricardo has a University degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Technion in Israel and has taken MBA courses at UCLA -
Andrés has a degree in Advertising and has dedicated to developing and executing Marketing Plans as well as General Production of several events such as “Sí” Campaign by TLC in Costa Rica, Popular International Concerts, “Singing for a Dream”, and he was a member of Orquesta Filarmónica de Costa Rica among others.
